The new Tehama County Courthouse is a 62,000-square-foot civic facility with five courtrooms and public services including civil, criminal, juvenile, traffic, and family law.
The design sought to respond to the context, geography, climate, culture, and history of Red Bluff while expressing the dignity of the law and stability of the judicial system.
Julie researched and developed blast-resistant construction techniques, contributed to construction documents, and coordinated with structural engineers and waterproofing consultants to develop construction details.
