Hotel Audubon was restored as a seven-room bed and breakfast within a historic building whose second floor had been largely stripped back to framing.
Julie worked closely with the owners to test multiple room and suite configurations and bathroom layouts, helping the clients understand how different schemes would affect their hospitality business.
After selection of the preferred scheme, Julie produced permit and construction documents and coordinated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection engineers. She later provided structural inspection services for an existing exterior stair.
